Robots in main street

None of the traffic lights in the main street have worked correctly in the last 4 years. how many money was spend trying to fix it?

I think it would be more cost effective to put traffic circles instead, no fuses or electronics to blow, no waiting for a red light on your own with no other traffic in sight.

I think it is a splendid idea. Then one can make a legal u-turn in the main street. Can someone please mention it to our municipality?
